how to prepare the pizza for baking (dividing, rolling out (gently, please!), seasoning)
how to bake your lovely Italian Pizza:
different strategies for different ovens
temperature (Mr. Celsius & Mr. Fahrenheit)
how to manage problems (e.g. uneven baking)
pans, baking stones etc
